Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.
What happens after my free trial?
After 14 days, you'll be asked to choose a plan. If you don't upgrade, your account will revert to the free plan and you will not to be able to manage sites or generate reports. Your data is never deleted unless you request it, or in exceptional circumstances. See Terms & Conditions for further information.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! By signing up for an annual subscription, you will receive 12 months for the price of 10.
What counts as a "client site"?
Each unique website or property you're reporting on counts as one client site. If a client has multiple domains or subdomains, each is added as a separate site.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, never store your clients' Google passwords, and only access the specific data needed for reporting through secure OAuth connections. This data is read-only, we do not edit or manipulate it in any way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your account settings, and you won't be charged again after your current payment period expires.
